Class Overview:
Our Prenatal Yoga classes are thoughtfully crafted to provide a nurturing environment for pregnant individuals. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, these sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs during pregnancy.
When to attend:
Wednesdays from 12-1 with Laura
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
A yoga mat.
Water bottle to stay hydrated.
Any additional props recommended by the instructor.
Who Can Attend:
Prenatal Yoga classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy and cater to both beginners and experienced yogis. It's advisable to consult your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine during pregnancy.


A word from our teacher
Laura Jensen has been working in the birth world since 2011 as a doula, prenatal yoga teacher and postpartum chef. She’s certified through Bini Birth in Los Angeles, CA and Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, NC. Laura loves holding space for pregnant people to become fully present with themselves and their baby during prenatal yoga. She offers safe, opening postures, breathing techniques and meditation to calm and focus the mind during pregnancy and imprint these essential tools for labor. Laura loves talking all about birth and postpartum and happily shares info and resources. “ It would be an honor to support you in class during this sacred time!”
